These Terms govern services provided by Adept Supply LLC dba Borrow Boxes ("Borrow Boxes", "we", "our", or "us"). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Borrow Boxes provides reusable moving bin rentals, including delivery, pickup, and optional add-ons. Service availability depends on location and scheduling.

2. Orders & Scheduling

• You must provide accurate delivery and pickup details
• Delivery windows are estimates and may vary
• Schedule changes should be requested in advance

3. Rental Period

• Standard rental period is 7 days
• Additional rental time is available for a fee
• Late returns may result in additional charges

4. Customer Responsibility

• You are fully responsible for all bins and equipment during your rental period
• Bins must be used only for normal moving and storage purposes
• Bins must not be exposed to extreme heat, liquids, chemicals, or hazardous materials
• Bins must be returned emptied, reasonably clean, stacked, and accessible at pickup

5. Loss, Damage & Cleaning Fees

You agree to return all bins and equipment in the same condition as delivered, excluding normal wear and tear.

• $30 per bin will be charged for any lost, stolen, or permanently damaged bins
• Bins returned excessively dirty (food, liquids, trash, odors, or debris) may incur cleaning fees
• Any damage beyond normal wear may result in repair or replacement charges

Charges will be applied to the payment method on file.

6. Rental Period & Extensions

• Standard rental period is 7 days unless otherwise stated
• Additional rental time may be requested for an added fee (e.g., weekly extension)
• Unapproved late returns may result in additional charges

7. Pickup & Access

• Bins must be accessible at the scheduled pickup time
• If bins are not accessible, additional trip or rescheduling fees may apply
• Pickup is included at the original delivery location unless otherwise arranged

8. Payments & Authorization

• A deposit may be required to reserve your rental date
• Remaining balances may be charged prior to delivery
• You authorize Borrow Boxes to charge your card on file for:
• Remaining balances
• Rental extensions
• Late fees
• Lost, damaged, or unreturned bins
• Cleaning or service-related fees

9. Cancellations

• Deposits may be refundable if your requested date is unavailable
• Cancellations made 72+ hours before delivery may be eligible for rescheduling
• Cancellations within 72 hours may result in loss of deposit

10. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Adept Supply LLC dba Borrow Boxes related to your rental.

• Delivery and pickup notifications
• Rental reminders
• Service updates

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Borrow Boxes is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

12. Updates

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
